Rage againsed the Machine...and PES6 lol

What a crazy few days its been.  Seems a bunch of crazy music loving fans have set-up a Facebook Page to stop the biggest reality TV show in the UK "The X-Factor" getting the Xmas no.1 this year.  The group has recieved world wide coverage and I have now joined to support it.

In achievement news I have hit a brick wall, trying to get some in Pro Evo 6 atm but @ 38 matches per achievement its starting to get annoying :)

More in the next few days and I will be posting my Christmas Achievement List, where I will be letting everyone know which ones im after before we hit the new year.

Back from PC Games

Hey all. I've been back on xbox360 for about a month now, gaining a nice little 6,000 gamer-score in my travels across a few decent games. The new Southpark tower defence game is completed and was awesome, Modern Warfare 2 has had 810 points sucked out of it and what a cool game.

Tropico 3 is a current game which is looking good. But the best game which I got today is Left 4 Dead 2. OMG OMG OMG time to plaaaaaaaaaay!!!!!!!!!!

The road to 40000 Begins, and name update

Recently me and a few friends decided to get a Gears of War 2 Clan going. So we now all have GeForce in front of our new names. People kept asking me about my gamer-tag being called Midwife4783 so i decided to base it around my real name instead. Thus GeFORCE Willgod is born

I hit 30000 Gamerscore a few days ago while playing on Tiger Woods PGA Tour 10 and the achievement that gave me it was Sharkies (80 Points). This now means im 30% through the challenge of getting 100k. Looks like i could easily break 50k By christmas which would be mental.

Heres to more gaming tommorow, next week and next month :P

Pre - 30k update

Hey all, looks like i should soon be upon the 30000 mark as i have a few easy games to finish up in the coming days. I want to try and level my score out at about 28,300, then i will attack prey and king kong with avengance unlocking the easy 1,700 points to achieve greatness and also 30% of my target of 100k :P

An update on the webcam situation... im trying to get my hands on a new webcam for HD filming and with the sale of a few items in the coming days, fingers crossed i will have one.

Well looks like im getting popular lol. A massive 8 followers now, thanks to those of you following the blog.

Im currently thrashing out achievements on the new Monkey Island arcade game and also Thrillville : Off the Rails which is supprisingly fun.

We had some major thunderstorms and flooding over the last few days so that is why the achievments have not been coming in thick and fast. Hopefully with a few days off work i can get some real work done on these other games like king kong and prey which i really need to finish

Finally Hit 25000 Gamerscore

This is my first big milestone on the way to 100,000 gamerscore. Hitting it felt so awesome. I hit it while i was playing Prey and King Kong.

I plan to try and keep this blog updated more often now as i have some more time on my hands :P

Catching up on some old games...

Well, I have decided to attack some of the old games I have lying around in what little time I have between hours at work.

Viva Piniata, Tiger Woods 08 and Left 4 Dead have all had a few achievments added to my tally over the last few days.  Not to mention,  Star Trek Legacy, Gears 2 and Stranglehold.  

Some news on the games room that is currently on semi-hold,  I should be able to start work again on it within the next 2 weeks.  Im really looking forward to having a Co-Op gaming setup in my Atic :P

The Xbox Returns!!!!

Drumroll Please!!

Yep, I have finally decided to hang up my PC gaming boots once again.  Its been a crazy few months online playing Dark Age of Cameot.  Causing chaos and annoying enemy players in that game is so much fun.

Now with the return to Xbox360 almost upon me, i need to decide what games im going to get on with.  Deciding this was not easy, however recently i noticed a few Gears 2 and Left 4 Dead achievment updates so i guess thats where i'll begin. 

So time to "Jump In" once again :)

Well, im still on the pc atm. Just cant seem to get away from it. Im going to try and get some gears 2 done as the new achievments look interesting, bring on another 50 waves of horde hehe. Vodaphone bill will be insane after this lol

Updates

Its been quite a while since I last blogged. I have been on a MMOrpg called Daoc, which i run 6 pc's on (see profile pic lol)

I have managed to get on the Xbox after a month and get a ton of achievements on FIFA09, which i found to be quite an awesome game. Im not a big player of football games, but this was quite fun.

Back off to Daoc now i finish playing it on the 28th. Then Its Xbox again!!!!

Battle for Asgard is Finished

I finally completed Viking : The Battle for Asgard last night, after sever hours on the last boss level, I finished the game at 8pm in the evening. I killed the last boss having no potions left which was incredibly difficult and was basically done by shoving enemies into fire over and over while occasionally cheap shotting the swords during spawns. Hell herself was cake :)



Deciding what is next is going to be immensely tough, i think VP Party Animals needs finishing off and so does Civilization Revolution..... Oh well here we go again :)

Viva La 22k..... Soon

Well I've been messing around on Viva Pinata for the last couple of days and now have some progress made on it. Its a pretty simple game, i just need a few more hours to work on it.



But with over 30 games kicking around the office that's not going to be tough, i plan on doing some more on Viking, Rockband and hopefully get back into Lost Planet next week.

Fast Post...

Right just a brief update, finished nba 2ks and not soon enough, was boring lol, started gold with tiger woods, and started viva pinata which was decently fun actually lol



Apart from that, work hours are up the spout atm so playing is difficult, i am so far well on my way to a 50 day streak on 360voice.com which im well chuffed about.

More posts in the next few days i hope.

Fighting to 20k...

Fighting is just the right word as i hack and slash my way through the Viking Islands on hard to finish the game. I collected all the skulls in the first city this evening, and als completed the first island on hard tonight.






Hopefully i will complete the next island tomorrow and that will also get me another skull achievement. As far as Civilization Revolution goes i will be working on completing the game with every civilization as this is a major amount of the achievements in the game.

Disaster strikes, and slight recovery

Yesterday at around 11pm, the power in my house flashed, the xbox, laptop and pc all shut down after a sudden freeze when it happened. This turned out to be more serious when i found out that i had lost a lot of saved information on my 360 hard drive due to the power flash.

And the reason for this? I had forgot to plug my 360 into a surge protected plug unit, it has been sitting in a non protected one by acciddent. Thankfully only the too human save and the Just cause save were the ones im really going to miss (6 months of work).



On a more positive note, i completed rock band solo career on the medium difficulty today, also unlocking easy with it. Civilization Revolution also got a good play today with me unlocking about 200 points thanks to x360a website guides.

20k, Now so close......

The Milestone of 20,000 points is fast approaching, with my current score as of typing this standing at 19,115. Im really excited about hitting this as Civilization revolution and Viking should help me reach it with ease. I have been playing viking non stop since yesterday on the normal difficulty setting and flown through it.



As for Civilization Revolution, it seems really easy and i used to play games like this on the pc years ago, so i picked up the gory details pretty fast.

Must go got 20k to reach and hopefully by tonight :D

Snow Chaos...

Some of the worst snow for 18 years fell over the last 2 days, but i still managed to get a few achievements finished. Most notably, were those in gears 2, which are seriously annoying as so many ppl seem to cheat on the multilayer.



Another Bonus Yesterday was that in Guitar Hero World Tour with 3 major achievements unlocked including achieving 444,444 on 2 different songs in a multi player band and achieving a 50 note streak as a band.

Hellboy TSoE is also coming along nicely with a few more levels and hidden artifacts completed.

Off to play in the snow again lol

Lots of stuff done in the last few days, got half way through TMNT, started hellboy but thats turning out to be pretty hard and also started call of duty world at war which is sweet on multiplayer.

Off to sleep now its 10pm, up at 3 :/

New Games...

Picked up some new games today including Hell boy The science of Evil, TMNT retail and Rockband, also rented out call of duty world at war.


I have already begun knocking the turtles achievements on the head, and got 8 so far this evening. Also got another GHTW achievement toady for drums

Weekend Over, Long Week Ahead

A rather interesting few days to say the least. I have made some progress on Halo with Terminals achievment. I also have begun guitar hero drums on easy with hard bass only having the last Encoure to complete for 140 points.



Completed Kingdom for Keflings and made significant progress on TMNT Arcade. Golden Axe which i downloaded today is already only needing 4 achievements to complete but with a lack of online players it could be tough.

Also Managed to get hold of Shaun White Snowboarding, however ive decided mabye this is for another day when im bored.

Looks like i might get World tour pretty much wrapped up tommorow if im lucky.

Good lord, XBLA has beaten my current addiction to retail gaming in tremendous style. Ive now played 4 solid days of arcade games lol. Got dash of Destruction and a Kingdom for Keflings almost finished now.



Thats 24 Achievements in a couple of days, Excellent! :D

Short Post....

Just a quick post here. Ended my Sunday with 12 hours of xbox gaming today. Got the healing under 10 health in Left 4 Dead and got A Kingdom for Keflings 83% completed. This leaves me only 101 points short of 16000GS, woohoo!
